Welcome to Patriot. These Terms govern your use of the Software provided by our development team. By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Software.

1. Purpose of the Software

The Software is designed exclusively for ethical cybersecurity testing, authorized system monitoring, or security audits with explicit consent. Use of the Software for any unauthorized, illegal, or infringing purpose is strictly prohibited.

2. Acceptable Use

The User agrees to:

  • Use the Software only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including but not limited to data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and cybersecurity regulations.
  • Obtain explicit, written consent from any individual or entity before using the Software to collect, monitor, or process data from their systems or devices.
  • Refrain from using the Software to:
    • Access, collect, or process data without authorization.
    • Engage in malicious activities, such as data theft, malware distribution, or denial-of-service attacks.
    • Violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of third parties.
  • Not distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass the Software's security measures.

4. Intellectual Property

The Software and all its components, including source code, documentation, and designs, are owned by Patriot and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software in accordance with these Terms and does not acquire any ownership rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: The Software is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Patriot shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Legal Compliance

The User is responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity laws. This includes:

  • Notifying relevant authorities in case of data breaches, as required by applicable laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Implementing appropriate security measures to protect collected data.
  • Refraining from using the Software in jurisdictions where its use may be illegal.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to the Software at any time, without notice, if we determine that the User has violated these Terms or used the Software in an illegal or unauthorized manner. Upon termination, the User must immediately cease using the Software and destroy all copies in their possession.

8. Indemnification

Fraud Warning: In case of fraudulent use of the subscription, the User will permanently lose access to their account, and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on [website or platform where the Software is published]. It is the User's responsibility to periodically review the Terms for updates.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Russia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Moscow.
